    Order Status

    When will my order ship?
    Orders are processed in the order they are received and based on item availability. Please note: High-demand items and Pre-Sale products may require additional processing time due to extended production timelines.

    Holiday Orders
    During peak holiday season, delivery times may be longer than usual. Carriers experience significantly higher volume, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

    How do I check delivery status?
    Online: You can check your order status using the email address or order number used at checkout. “Unfulfilled” means your order has not shipped yet.

    Customer Service Request: You may also submit a customer service request. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and your name.


    Order Changes

    Can I change the shipping address?
    Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please contact customer service and we can update your shipping address.

    How do I change the size on my order?
    If your order has not shipped, we can update the size by contacting customer service.
    If your order has already shipped, you may send the item back for an exchange.

    Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, orders may be canceled before they ship. Please reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.

    Can I combine multiple orders?
    Unfortunately, no. Orders are processed and fulfilled at different times, so we cannot combine them once they are placed.


    Refunds & Exchanges

    How do I return an item for a refund?
    You may return items by following the instructions included on your packing slip or by contacting customer service.

    Can I exchange for a different size or color?
    Yes. Exchanges may be made within 90 days of placing your order. The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value.


    Shipping

    Do you ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes. We ship internationally and to military addresses. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

    What type of shipping is offered?
    All orders ship via standard ground service and are delivered by USPS.

    Can I have an order overnighted?
    Yes. You may request upgraded shipping by contacting customer service.

    How much is standard shipping?
    Domestic: $5.95
    International: $14.95

    Are there additional shipping costs for international orders?
    International customers may be required to pay customs or import fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country and are paid directly to customs. We cannot estimate or collect these charges.

    What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards, and PayPal.

    Charges will appear as Moeller Athletics. If you are unsure about a charge, please contact customer service.

    Do you offer coupon codes?
    We occasionally offer coupon codes or sales during special promotions such as Black Friday or seasonal events.

    When do you restock items?
    Restocks occur on an ongoing basis depending on demand and availability. Check the website regularly as inventory is updated daily.

    Material details can be provided by customer service. Please reach out with the item name and we’ll be happy to help.
